P. J. Marie grew up surrounded by stories — from well-worn books and late-night movies to her grandfather’s recollections of life on the Canadian prairies, adventure was always just around the corner.

An engineer by profession, she is a proud mother and avid supporter of STEM. Whether crafting layered fictional worlds, designing cosplay, or building shelves for her family’s ever-expanding library, she approaches each project as both designer and dreamer. She collects skills the way others collect bookmarks, drinks an alarming amount of tea, and believes there’s no such thing as too many books — or too many ideas.
