Raised on family stories and a lifetime of books, she approaches writing the same way she approaches everything else: by taking things apart to see how they work.

When she isn’t writing, she’s collecting new skills, designing cosplay, building shelves for an ever-growing library, and drinking heroic amounts of tea. She’s also a proud mother and lifelong believer that ideas—like books—should never be limited.
